What's the difference between a virtual FitalyStamp and FitalyVirtual?

This occurred to me last night; the T3 beta is a virtual version of the classic FitalyStamp.

I never actually used FitalyVirtual, but the description of it on the web page makes it sound very similar to what we've got now on the T3.

However Jean has made the distinction between the T3 beta and FitalyVirtual several times; so what is the difference? Is it something I'm missing?
