It is somewhat a technical question: whether we start from the FitalyStamp code base or the FitalyVirtual one. If we choose to do the latter, we are likely to include the Bottom application bar. The other difference is on whether we do the skin installation in the FVSetup program or as a separate prc (less work). Finally, if we do it as FitalyVirtual, we might charge a (token) upgrade fee to current FitalyStamp users.
