Thanks for your compliments.
First of all, make a safe copy of your glossary, you will be able to use it with IT mobile in the future.
In the mean time ... glossaries and slide files are very close in structure so with a little bit of editing you may redefine your glossary entries as custom slides.
One difference between a glossary entry and a slide file entry, i.e a line with the following simple grammar:
shortForm..............longForm
is that slide entries have short forms with one letter only, obviously the letter that you will slide to produce the long form.
So you will have to convert a glossary entry like:
iac..............in any case
in:
i..............in any case
Another difference is the fact that a slide file has direction sections indicating for which direction the slide entry will be used.
I would suggest you do the conversion on your desktop, you may produce a slidefile with your glossary entries, then copy it back to your mobile and then eventually enhance it with the slide editor.
So for that, you should save your 3.5 glossary with the File save menu of the Fitaly viewer in a text file that you will copy to your desktop.
Copy mobile\windows\Fitaly slidefiles\CustomSlides.txt to your desktop.
You could then copy your glossary entries to the [NORTH] section which is probably the best section where to place multiple slides.
Multiple slides for a given letter and direction will appear in the slide preview window in the order in which they come up in the slide file.
Don't forget to edit the short forms so that they have only one letter.
In any case, we would be very happy to help you, if you send us the two files CustomSlides.txt and your glossary, we would be more than happy to produce the custom slide file for you.
