Here is the answer to the TextPlus issue:

How to make FitalyStamp work with TextPlus Anywhere?
In FitalyStamp go to advanced options, select "set letters at pen up" located near the bottom of the option list. This should make FitalyStamp work with TextPlus Anywhere.
