Make sure FitalyStamp 3 is installed as well as the new skin

You need to install the FitalyStamp 3 software (several .prc files) as well as the skin.

I didn't do this (I hadn't transferred the FitalyStamp 3 files over from my previous organiser) and got the same results as you before I realised what was wrong.
