Glossary editing

Hi James, glossaries are text files, the structure is very simple, each glossary entry is on a single line, the short form is separated from the long form by two tabs.

If you want to do some mass editing and delete a bunch of lines you may do it on your PC with Notepad or some other editor.

Another possibility is to download the Fitaly Tablet PC version on your PC and use its Fitaly Editor to edit your glossaries or slide files.
You may find the Fitaly Editor on the PC more user friendly, it allows multiple entry selection for deletes and of course on the desktop the screen space enables you to view more entries.
