Fitaly mega-endorsement

I have also been using Fitaly since it came out on the 'Palm Pilot' and probably the only reason I continue to use pocket pc devices is the availability of fitaly on that platform.

Whilst I think the application is fantastic as an input device, I have taken the time to master the layout and as such I can reap the benefits. The issue (I believe) that encumbers a mass take-up of fitaly is twofold:

As a percentage it is probably unlikely that there are all that many peope who choose to enter large amounts of data into their machines directly. They probably choose to do that via a pc.

Of that percentage not everyone will want to put the time into learning a new keyboard layout.

As a product I think it's unbeatable in terms of getting text into a machine using a small footprint. And I've tried loads of methods. I believe the key here is not so much in the concept of tutorials because those who wish to learn will do so. The issue is in marketing.

Please continue to develop what I believe to be an excellent product. And to quote Douglas Adams:
