Under normal circumstances, Fitaly offers only the sizes that fit with your screen.
If your screen resolution is 240*320 you can only have small.
For 480*640 you can have small, medium and large.
What is your screen resolution?
Running Fitaly 3.0 on WM6 should be possible I guess but what is the point?
