I use the Tablet PC version. If one manually edits the CustomSlides.txt file which contains the slide definitions in my version, one can enter a definition which only contains 2 tabs. For example the "a" slide would be entered on its own line as the letter "a" followed by 2 tabs just like all other defintion lines have a character followed by 2 tabs before the text or function to be performed is placed on the definition line. Nothing else would be on that line. When I use this slide nothing happens!. Even if I have some text highlighted, it does not change it. If one uses a space or a backspace in the slide definition line, then it will replace the highlighted text.
I don't use a PocketPC; therefore, I don't know if the same would work for you.
