Still have the apparent WM5 issue of not tolerating 3rd party default keyboard following soft reset.
With 3.5, I had to install to SD storage, and if I used Fitaly, soft reset would be required within hours... keyboards would stop responding.
With Fitaly 4 preview, I was able to install in main memory with no problems (I did uninstall Fitaly 3.5 and do a soft reset first). And I can use Fitaly 4 preview indefinitely. iPAQ seems to be more stable now that I upgraded Fitaly. Activesync still periodically hangs during sync process, but that appears to be unrelated.
Finding the screen to customize slides was a challenge... stumbled upon it accidently. But the new slide system works as well or better than the old. In fact, creating the customizations was much easier, and I think I like the new system better overall. I use customized slides constantly for special characters like @, &, '...','°F','°C',®,©,#,$,%.
