Change size

We start the keyboard in small size because it is the only possible default for QVGA -- we'll have to do better in b2 :-)

In the mean time, you can you try a few other things: Change orientation because the Exec HTC Universal looks a bit strange. Also, use File Explorer and locate the folder Image. It should have three subfolders: Large, Medium, Small. If these are not empty, you should be able to set the default to Large from Options
