I have installed Fitaly 4.0 b1. I’m using i-mate JAMin device with Windows Mobile 5.0 and 240*320 resolution. I have no non-standard Today screen plug-ins. Following plug-ins are enabled: Date, Owner Info, Messaging, Tasks, Calendar, Pocket MSN, Device Lock.
The installation went just fine.
Fitaly has appeared among the list input methods for selecting the one to be used. Also it appeared in the list of input methods for selecting preferences for it. I have not been changing any settings.
When I have tried to select Fitaly input method (dialog box with Owner Information, Name Field), it just didn’t appear. They keyboard remained as active input method. Also I paid attention the fact that list of input methods is working extremely slow (about 15 seconds to come up).
Making Fitaly a default input method (though Fitaly options), after reset made the icon of the input method to disappear from the screen completely (small arrow for bringing up list of methods remained on the screen). Pressing the arrow corresponding to the selection of input methods was not functioning.
After keyboard a default input method and resetting the device, all input methods except for Fitaly became operational again. List of input methods was still extremely slow to show up. Fitaly symptoms were the same as described above.
I loved Fitaly (until I moved to Windows Mobile 5).
To Fitaly team - if I can provide any additional system information, log or anything, just let me know. I will wait for a while before uninstalling it.
