Yes -- candidate was successful

As said in the announcement

The only difference with the last release candidate is that it is now provided with an installer packaging the Pocket PC components with the desktop components of Fitaly.

In other words, the release candidate was deemed successful and made it to Gold version. We packaged it in an installer for both the VGA and Quarter VGA versions (hoping to cut down in the number of users installing the wrong one) and updated the documentation.

So, the main effect of upgrading is that you now have up-to-date documentation on your desktop computer: go to Start / Programs / Textware / Pocket PC, and everything is now right there.
