few strange problems with fitalystamp3 on handspring visor deluxe

i've been in communication with tech help but still not resolved a few niggles that are mainly to do with getting the function adjacent to the one i actually tapped on my fitaly stamp 3, with handspring visor deluxe.

can anybody else who has this combination please tell me whether yours works impecably or has a similar problem - post here or email direct and i'll send you a personal thanks.

ciao.
