Application Bar doesn't stay in Acid Solitaire

I noticed one incompatability with the Application Bar. When I am running AcidSolitaire and do the slide to get the bar to po up it comes up and goes away right away. I can not select an application.

The same is for the MRU.

McPhling does work with AcidSolitaire.
