Re-starting FitalyStamp3 after a cold reboot

Just replaced the battery in my Tungsten E. Re-synched, and now I can't get F-3 to work. It says it's enabled, there's a reg. number there, but no device id, and it's "Not Registered."

Suggestions appreciated.
