Helping others use Instant Text

The hospital I work for has purchased the Instant Text software for all the MT's we have employed here that wanted it because I used it when I first started here. Now, I have been asked to do an in-service for those who need some help getting used to it. Any suggestions? I have never done anything like this before. I know how I use it (and I love this software) but I was just wondering if you had any basic things I should cover. Thanks for any input.
