Here's the deal: When I type up something using a provided template from the doctor's office, I can see the document just fine. In the draft view, it looks one way. When I click on print view, the page looks different in that the columns (just tabbed over, with numbers for test scores) aren't aligned properly. I don't know which way is "correct." They're telling me everything looks good in the print view on their end. But, why is it not aligning for me in the draft view mode and okay in the print view mode?
Also, on yet another report, everything appears okay in a document. However, when I went by the doctor's office to pick up something, they handed me a document with numbered and blank pages in between printed pages of a report I had returned. On my end, there were no blank pages and everything looked okay format-wise. However, when they got it back, the first page became two pages, some pages were numbered chronologically but entirely blank, and the whole format was thrown off.
What a mess. Can you help?
