CTRL + page down

I have MS Word 2002. CTRL + page down is suppose to move the insertion point to the top of the next page or to the previous browse object. All I want it to do is move the insertion point to the top of the next page, but it will only do that until I do a CTRL + F in a session of having Word open, and then it will only move the insertion point to the previous browse object. Is there a way to program a keyboard shortcut to always move the insertion point to the top of the next page?
