Macro for page set up

I am new to macros. I need a macro. I had to go back to an older version of MSWord 2002, SP3.

What I need is a macro with the following
0.5 margins on left and right
Times New Roman font
Size 10 Font

I would like a keyboard shortcut to open this. Maybe fwc which is the account name.

Any help would be appreciated.
