If you do not have "Optimize Glossary Reloads" checked under Options/Usage, when you make a change to an included glossary, after closing out of the glossary viewer, IT will open that included glossary to your glossary list and switch the focus to that glossary.
The other possibility is if you close that glossary, without saving the changes to the Active Glossary List and close & reopen IT. Without saving the changes, IT will still reload that glossary the next time that you open the program.
