Do you mean to ask whether you can get continuations after a phrase ending with a comma?
If so, the answer would be no. However, you may have the whole sentence in your glossary, or the expansion for afcos => any fevers, chills, or sweats
When you can see the whole sentence in the advisory, it is always good to select it. There are always more than one way to pull up certain phrases.
I can type "hd" and get "he denies any fevers" "," "cos" and I get "chills, or sweats"
I can also type "He denies afco" and I get "He denies any fevers, chills, or sweats"
Or I can type "He denies ;" getting "He denies any fevers" ...
Yet another way would be to type "hdafc" to get "He denies any fevers, chills" and type ", or sweats"
The more you use a particular glossary, the better you know which is the best way to get what you want.
I would say "He denies afco" is the better one of all the options :-)
