My idea for a glossary

I had an idea last week, and maybe someone has already thought of this, but I am also using Instant Text as reference material.

I transcribe emergency department reports and my doctors are always referring to other doctors within the hospital (ones that I am not familiar with, and particularly not familiar with the spellings of some of their names).

There are over 400 doctors at this hospital and I would have to stop transcribing and go into my platform and look up the doctor's name, or go on the hospital's website to see what field of medicine they practiced, write this down, so I had it in front of me to be able to put it in the report. This was very time consuming to say the least.

In 3 days, I created a glossary with all the doctors' last names in the Word section, and the doctor's last and first names (which at times are stated in a report), along with their field of medicine behind it in parentheses in the phrase section.

If a doctor with a last name, let's say is totally foreign to me and I do not know the spelling, is 18 letters long, or if I just need to see if I have the correct doctor because their field of medicine is mentioned in the dictation, it is at my fingertips now. I also have the benefit of just typing a few letters and popping their names in.
