Merging/Including glossaries

Here's the issue, I have sort of changed my Medstart glossary from its original form by adding and taking out. I think it would be too "cluttered" for what I am wanting to do with each individual physician's glossary. I am looking to basically have very fine-tuned glossaries for each doc. I probably should not have changed the medstart glossary, but I was not exactly sure what I was doing. DUH!
