Glossary merge

I transcribe for 23 different emergency room physicians, and I have done a compilation for all. If you were going to merge another glossary with each of these individual doctor's glossaries which would you merge (MedStart, a shorts glossary)??? I am wondering because there are words that are not in my individual glossaries now that were in the MedStart glossary.
