I use XP (SP3), Word 2002, and IT (544). When I use an IT entry that has Word codes in it, it leaves an extra letter on the line I typed the entry.
i.e., like a header for Chest. If I type chhd and marker key - it leaves a "c" on the line where I typed chhd, but does type the header info correctly.
I had this problem a while back. When I installed the latest revision of IT, it went away. The only thing that changed on my computer is that I installed SP3 and removed Norton/installed Kaspersky.
Is it possible SP3 is causing the problem? If not, any other ideas?
