What changed on your computer to cause IT to suddenly stop working?
Are you using Windows Vista? If you recently ran an Automatic Windows Update, that could be the source of the problem as the update would turn the User Account Control Setting back on in Vista.
For instructions on how to disable the UAC in Vista, please see Marianne's post at the top of the forum.
Also, make sure you are using the latest release of IT V Pro which is 5.44 with a built date of May 2007.
