ExText losing link with IT

I've been using ExText with IT with no problems until recently IT has stopped automatically linking to each new document. This means that every time I send a document I have to manually link IT to the next document. I've tried changing settings in IT to every possible configuration, tried shutting down all other problems while running ExText with no luck. I'm using IT Pro V.
