Advisory lines

Alright then. I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. I have the full 15 advisory lines up and linked. However, if there is a phrase on line 12, and I put in the #12, nothing shows up. Any ideas? I am a transcriptionist and transcribe emergency department notes. I have just taken the MedStart Glossary and added to it. Is this what I should have done? My production according to instant text is between 25-30%, but my line counts for work do not seem to be any better. What's up with that?
