What changed on your computer?

What changed on your computer to make IT suddenly stop linking? Were any updates installed or options changed?

Are you using WinXP or Vista? If you are using Vista, be sure the User Account Control is disabled. Performing a Windows update will switch the UAC back on.

Also, when establishing your Link Options, be sure you have a number higher than zero under "number of advisory lines".
