I'm working with ExText voice recognition and there are a few keystrokes within that software that are also in Instant Text. The main one I've run into is Alt+. should add a period and capitalize the first letter of the next word, but if IT is open, that will shift the focus to IT and not add the period and capitalize.
Can the standard IT keyboard functions be changed within instant text? If not, I'm thinking I could write a word macro that would add a period at the end of a word and capitalize the next word. (If anyone has written a macro to do this and would like to offer suggestions, that would be great!)
I'm just starting with VR in this setting, so there may be other keyboard conflicts. That is the main one I've seen so far.
