Can't find Insttext.ini file

I've followed the directions for backing up your glossaries. I was able to back up the glossaries with no problem. However, I can't find the Insttext.ini file. I followed the directions, but it is not in the Windows folder. I did a search but still did not find it. Any ideas? Thank you.
