Expanding with the space bar has its limitations

Cathy,

I guess you are using the space bar to expand. When you use the
Instant Text Classic Options, Instant Text assumes that you use dedicated short forms and you need to type them out in full. You can select an entry with the line number before typing the end of the short form once you see it appear in the advisory.

When you use Marker keys to expand, the advantage is that you can jump ahead after the second letter of your short form - as mentioned in the manual - and see come up the 169th phrase starting with "The patient ...." or one out of 8000 or more addresses.
