newbie with glossary question
Hi! I'm relatively new to MT and a brand new IT user, and if I should know (or be able to find on my own) the answer to this question, please forgive me! (If the answer is in the manual, I haven't found that section yet...) Most of the reports I transcribe are discharge summaries and consultations in a multitude of specialties with a huge number of different doctors doing the dictating. What is the best way for me to build an effective glossary in this kind of situation? I have numerous sample documents available to me, but they wouldn't necessarily be representative of any individual report that I transcribe. Thanks.
