Compilation Advice Needed

I have been typing for a doctor for over four months now, every day, and he seems to rarely repeat himself. I'm still typing almost full reports of his (as from radiology info)

I have compiled at all different values, different ways, separately as well as combining the glossaries, but still don't seem to be "catching" anything.

Anyone have any ideas? Does anyone who has had success with dictators who are seldom repetitive care to share some tips?
