I notice that the movement of my right hand doesn't naturally fit the larger Fitaly layout. So I spent a little time drawing alternatives, and I'll try to attach the result. Of course a potentially radical redesign is rather a lot to wish for, particularly one that may call for left and right handed versions. Still...
