developing for the p800/symbian

i think the symbian platform is open for independant developers. at least i had a developer kit in my hands (it's based on metroworks code warrior) and now it seems to be sold:

it's ~1000$ including the phone (an excellent device!)
as the text recognition is not realy good i think lots of people would enjoy vitaly. in europe the device is sold quite often so it might be an interessting market ;-)
